Q. How long will my order take?
A. Many of our items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and allows us to pay closer attention to quality, so thank you for making sustainable purchasing decisions.
On average, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and another 4-6 days for transit. Most of our orders are delivered within 7-10 days, but we cannot support overnight turnaround, due to our production process.
Q. Where are your products made?
A. We make every effort to manufacture our products here in the USA to you. Almost our items are designed and printed in the USA, with others being sewn here, too. Our products may have a base product made in Bangladesh, such as a t-shirt, which we then design, print, and customize the shirt here in the USA for you.
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. Your order is sent to production shortly after it is placed, but if you made a mistake or need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. After such time, we regret that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been produced for you.

Q. Can I purchase a gift card?
A. Yes! We offer virtual gift cards in $25, $50, and $75 amounts. Gift cards are valid for one year.
Q. How do I use a coupon code?
A. We offer coupons throughout the year. Please subscribe to our newsletter to keep up with the latest sales and promotions. You must enter your coupon in the Shopping Cart at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply the discounts retroactively.
Q. How much will shipping cost?
A. All overs $99+ will receive complimentary shipping. We do not make a profit from shipping and work to pass the best pricing on to you. We offer a tiered price program for shipping to account for estimated weight and transit costs for orders below $99, as follows:
- Orders at or below $29 are shipped for $3.99.
- Orders from $29 - $49 are shipped for $7.99
- Orders from $50 - $79 are shipped for $11.99
- Orders between $79 - $99 are shipped for $13.99
