Limited Return Policy
Sometimes things don't work out as planned. In the event you want to return an item we will issue store credit for any damaged item or error in shipment only. We do NOT accept items for return that have been worn, altered, or washed. All items must have original tags attached. Return requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery. All returns on orders will be deducted a $6 restocking fee per item from the refund amount. Exchange requests will not incur a restocking fee.
Champagne Gang produces many items on demand that are cut and sewn just for you. We only accept returns on damaged items requested within 3 business days after order delivery. Customers may return items for store credit within 3 days of packaged delivery for full priced items only. All custom orders and products noted as "Final sale" are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Champagne Gang is not responsible for providing any additional return labels.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through Champagne Gang; However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Exchanges and Damages
We are happy to exchange your item if it is damaged. Please contact customer care at support@champagnegang.co Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the delivery date per exchange.
Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 3 days of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded or exchanged. If you have a damage that you would like to exchange, or have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@champagnegang.co.
We will not accept returns or replace items that a customer has damaged themselves.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@champagnegang.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
